I have been a purchaser for years. I wondered if it worked still, so went off it and in 3 weeks was at elevated pain levels joint stiffness, etc. and so went back on and feel better. My use:
Coffee,d chia seeds 1 tbs, mushroom powders, a heaping quarter teaspoon of Curcumin, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper with a tablespoon of oil butter or coconut oil, blender it up and drink. The orange will stain all it touches, be careful, and have a bleach bottle handy, wash hands to keep off clothing.

Rather than hit the NSAID upon rolling out of bed, I have made the choice to a 1/2 TSP Curcumin, 3/4 ginger, 1/4 black pepper, and 1/4 cinnamon -- with a pat of butter and hot coffee -- with a swig of Bragg's Apple cider vinegar. Amazing, the back and hip loosen up, a great drink for the morning reading and meditation -- I have tried other tumeric powders, and this seems to have the most potency without the overpowering spice taste -- and if dosed out correctly, is also far more cost effective. I HIGHLY COMMEND THIS -- and the follow up by Heather was also much appreciated, and a bit surprising -- give the lady a raise!
