Every morning, I mix this with plain (flavorless) oatmeal. The oatmeal turns dark red and looks 'funny', but the flavor is delicious - just slightly sweet. I will sometimes add a little sugar, and I've also found it mixes well with both Maple Syrup and Apple flavored instant oatmeal.
My BP is never the same every doctor's visit, but at my last visit just a few weeks ago it was 116/64. I'm not sure Micro Ingredients Beet Root Powder is the reason, but it's inexpensive enough to say "can't hurt but might help", so I'll continue to purchase it. This powder is very fine and flavorless. I add it to my pre/post workout drink and it turns it dark red. It's too early to tell but it does give me an energy boost. I'm starting to eat more healthy to boost my metabolism and with a meal plan of super foods and little exercise, I've lost 5lbs in less than 2 weeks. I'm hoping the beet root will help further my goals in combination with healthy living.
Best one I'v seen far. Much better quality than raw beet powder.
The beet powder is great. It is slightly sweet to taste. I add this to each of my meals. It blends in nicely.
