Banana Bread


Ingredients

  • Micro Ingredients® Stevia Erythritol Sweetener Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® MCT Oil
  • Almond Flour, Baking Soda, Vanilla Extract & Salt
  • Egg & Banana

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

  2. Mash 2 bananas, then stir in 3 eggs, 2 tbsp MCT Oil, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract.

  3. Whisk 2 cups almond flour, 2 tbsp Stevia Erythritol Sweetener Powder, 1 tbsp Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt.

  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet, stir well, and pour into the loaf pan.

  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Cool before slicing and enjoy!
