Classic Matcha Latte



Ingredients:

  • Micro Ingredients® Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener
  • Milk

Directions:

  1. Sift 1.5 tsp Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder into a bowl.

  2. Add 30ml room temperature water to the bowl.

  3. Whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk in a rapid W motion for 15–20 seconds until frothy.

  4. Pour the concentrated matcha mixture into a cup. Then, add 1 tsp Allulose Sweetener and mix well.

  5. Add 1 cup heated milk over the matcha mixture and combine well.

  6. Enjoy!
