Keto Mayonnaise



Ingredients:

  • Micro Ingredients® MCT Oil Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® Organic Lime Powder
  • Egg & Dijon mustard & Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper & Salt

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp MCT Oil Powder, 1 tsp Organic Lime Powder, and 1 large egg.

  2. Add 1 tsp Dijon mustard, ¼ cup olive oil, and a pinch of black pepper and salt to the bowl.

  3. Using a blender or a hand mixer to blend everything together for about 20-30 seconds until the mayonnaise thickens and emulsifies.

  4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to one week. Use it in sandwiches, salads, or any dish of your preference. Enjoy!
