Lactation Cookie

Ingredients:
- Micro Ingredients® Brewer’s Yeast
- Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener
- All-Purpose Flour & Baking Powder
- Rolled Oats, Flaxseed, & Chocolate Chips
- Eggs, Salt, & Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp Brewer’s Yeast, 1 tbsp flaxseed, and 1 tsp baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together ½ cup Allulose Sweetener, 2 eggs, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in ½ cup chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
