Lactation Cookie




Ingredients:

  • Micro Ingredients® Brewer’s Yeast
  • Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener
  • All-Purpose Flour & Baking Powder
  • Rolled Oats, Flaxseed, & Chocolate Chips
  • Eggs, Salt, & Vanilla Extract

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp Brewer’s Yeast, 1 tbsp flaxseed, and 1 tsp baking powder.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together ½ cup Allulose Sweetener, 2 eggs, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in ½ cup chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.

  6. Let cool and enjoy!
