Strawberry Glazed Donut



Ingredients:

  • Micro Ingredients® Monk Fruit Sweetener Granules
  • Micro Ingredients® Organic Strawberry Powder
  • Micro Ingredients® Whole Milk Powder
  • All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda
  • Egg, Salted Butter, Cream Cheese, and Strawberry Jam
  • Honey, Vanilla Extract, and Salt
  • Water

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with melted butter.

  2. Dissolve 1tbsp Whole Milk Powder in ¾ cup hot water to create reconstituted milk.

  3. In a bowl, mix 4 tbsp melted butter, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, ¼ cup strawberry jam, ¼ cup honey and ½ cup reconstituted milk. Add 2 cups All Purpose Flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt. Mix well until combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about ¾ full. Bake 12–15 minutes or until the donuts spring back when touched. Remove and let them cool completely before glazing.

  5. In another bowl, mix 2 oz cream cheese, ¼ cup strawberry jam, 4 tbsp strawberry powder, and 2 cups Monk Fruit Sweetener Granules, ¼ cup hot reconstituted milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  6. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze, allowing excess to drip off. Let the glaze set for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
