Classic Tiramisu

Ingredients: Micro Ingredients® Organic Stevia Powder Micro Ingredients® Organic Instant Coffee Ladyfingers Heavy Cream Mascarpone Cacao Powder Egg Yolk Directions: Mix 1 cup warm water with 2 tbsp Instant Coffee and 1-2 tsp Organic Stevia Powder. Let it cool. Whisk together 4 oz mascarpone, ½ cup heavy cream, and 4 egg yolks until smooth and thick. Dip ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and layer them in a dish. Top with half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Dust with cacao powder before serving. Enjoy!
