Chocolate Chip Cookie


Ingredients:

  • Micro Ingredients® Monk Fruit Sweetener Granules
  • Micro Ingredients® Xanthan Gum
  • All- Purpose Flour
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Baking Soda
  • Egg, Salt, and Vanilla Extract

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk together 1½ cups all-purpose flour, ½ tsp Xanthan Gum, ½ tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt in a bowl.

  3. In another bowl, mix ½ cup melted butter with 1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener Granules, then stir in 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Combine the dry ingredients and fold in 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips.

  4. Scoop the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

  5. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
