Collagen Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
- Micro Ingredients® Organic Collagen Peptides Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Organic Coconut Milk Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Beef Gelatin Powder
- Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener
- Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract, & Salt
- Water
Directions:
- Dissolve 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Milk Powder with 1.5 cup water to create reconstituted milk. Warm 1 cup reconstituted milk in a saucepan.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tsp Beef Gelatin Powder with ½ cup reconstituted milk. Let it sit for 1~2 minutes.
- Add 1 tbsp Allulose Sweetener into the warmed milk and mix until well combined.
- Whisk the gelatin mixture until gelatin fully dissolved, then add in the warm milk mixture, 1 tbsp Organic Collagen Peptides Powder, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly to combine.

Divide the mixture into pudding cups, and place in the fridge until firm (1-2 hours).
