Dalgona Mushroom Coffee
Ingredients: Micro Ingredients® Organic Mushroom Ground Coffee Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener Milk Directions: Brew 2 tbsp Organic Mushroom Ground Coffee with ½~1 cup hot water. In a medium bowl, combine the brewed mushroom coffee and 1 tsp Allulose Sweetener. Use an electric mixer and beat until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy. Pour the milk into a mug and top it with a dollop of whipped coffee. Stir to combine and enjoy!
