Dalgona Mushroom Coffee

Ingredients:

• Micro Ingredients® Organic Mushroom Ground Coffee
• Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener
• Milk
  
  

Directions:

1. Brew 2 tbsp Organic Mushroom Ground Coffee with ½~1 cup hot water.
   
   
2. In a medium bowl, combine the brewed mushroom coffee and 1 tsp Allulose Sweetener. Use an electric mixer and beat until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy.
   
   
3. Pour the milk into a mug and top it with a dollop of whipped coffee.
   
   
4. Stir to combine and enjoy!
