Ingredients: Micro Ingredients® Electrolyte Powder Concord Grape Micro Ingredients® Creatine Monohydrate Powder Micro Ingredients® Beta-Alanine Powder Micro Ingredients® L-Citrulline Malate Powder Water Directions: Start by adding 1 tsp Electrolyte Powder Concord Grape to a shaker bottle filled with 12-16 ounces water and shake the bottle well for 10-15 seconds. Then add 5g Creatine Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, 3g Beta-Alanine Powder, and 1.5g L-Citrulline Malate Powder. Secure the lid again and shake the bottle thoroughly for about 30 seconds. Ensure all the powders are completely mixed. It is recommended to consume 30 minutes before your workout. If you prefer a cooler and more refreshing drink, add some ice cubes to your shaker bottle after mixing (optional).
