Peanut Butter Protein Cup
Ingredients: Micro Ingredients® Peanut Powder Micro Ingredients® Organic MCT Oil Chocolate Chips Water Directions: Combine ½ cup Peanut Powder, 2 tbsp MCT Oil, and ¼ cup water until smooth. Melt ½ cup chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into muffin liners and freeze for 20-30 minutes. Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture, then cover with another layer of melted chocolate. Freeze for 30-50 minutes until fully set. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
