Pre-Workout Energy Drink
 Ingredients:  Micro Ingredients® Electrolyte Powder  Micro Ingredients® Taurine Powder Micro Ingredients® Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder Micro Ingredients® Beta-Alanine Powder Micro Ingredients® L-Citrulline Malate Powder Water  Directions: Start by adding 1 tbsp Electrolyte Powder to a shaker bottle filled with 12-16 ounces of water and shake the bottle well for 10-15 seconds.  Then add 1 tsp Taurine Powder, 5g Creatine Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, 3g Beta-Alanine Powder, and 1.5g L-Citrulline Malate Powder. Secure the lid again and shake the bottle thoroughly for about 30 seconds. Ensure all the powders are completely mixed.  It is recommended to consume 30 minutes before your workout. If you prefer a cooler and more refreshing drink, add some ice cubes to your shaker bottle after mixing (optional).   Â
