Collagen Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients: Micro Ingredients® Marine Collagen Peptides Powder Micro Ingredients® Whole Milk Powder Micro Ingredients® Allulose Sweetener Dark Chocolate, Egg Yolk, & Heavy Cream Unsalted Butter, Salt, & Water Directions: Chop 4 oz dark chocolate and set aside 1 tbsp unsalted butter. In a saucepan, combine 2 large egg yolks, 1 tbsp Allulose Sweetener, ¼ cup water, and a pinch of salt. Whisk over medium-low heat until the mixture is thick and hot. Add in 1 tbsp Marine Collagen Peptides Powder, 4 oz chopped dark chocolate and 1 tbsp unsalted butter, whisking until chocolate is fully melted. Whisk occasionally as it cools to room temperature. In a mixing bowl, whisk ½ cup heavy cream until medium-stiff peaks form. Fold â…“ chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until combined. Gently fold in the remaining chocolate mixture, keeping it light and airy.  Spoon into serving cups and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy! Â
